In all of our camps, we target a different group of muscles each day of the week to create a balanced body. All camps are one hour in duration. Please see the FAQ section for the chart on what part of the body we work each day.
Regular Boot Camp
HEAT’s boot camp is for all fitness levels and incorporates multiple training techniques that include cardio, resistance training and core strengthening. This high energy camp is designed to help build lean muscle and shed body fat.
Outdoor Boot Camp
HEAT partnered with LivingSocial and AmazonLocal to bring our high-intensity boot camp outdoors! This camp is for all fitness levels and will take you through a cardio, resistance training and core workout unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. First session begins January 30, 2012 with the following camp times available:
Mondays at 6 a.m. Mondays at 6 a.m.
Tuesdays at 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays at 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays at 6 a.m. Wednesdays at 6 a.m.
Thursdays at 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Thursdays at 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Fridays at 6 a.m. Fridays at 6 a.m.
Saturdays at 9 a.m. Saturdays at 10:15 a.m.
Elite Boot Camp
Geared towards the advanced; this camp will push you to your limits and challenge even the fittest individual. However, don’t fear trying this class! As long as you have an understanding of correct form and know your body’s limits, you are welcome to join us.
Women Only Camp
Are you seeking the motivation to push through a plateau in your fitness goals? With a focus on strength, endurance and power, HEAT's women only camp will push you beyond your own expectations and help you build lean muscle and burn fat with high intensity interval training, maximum energy resistance training and extreme core strengthening.
