You've got questions -- we've got answers! Find out how to get started with H.E.A.T. Contact us if you don't see the information you need here.
Who should join H.E.A.T. Boot Camp?
Our camps are designed for individuals who are looking to shake up their workout routine, who have lost the motivation to exercise, who are bored with the gym, or simply need a jump-start back into fitness. We maintain a low client-to-trainer ratio, which allows us to provide one-on-one attention for each participant.
What kind of shape do I need to be in to join?
We work with individuals on most fitness levels. If you have a current or major injury, or if you have never worked out before, consult a doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to participate. If you are not sure whether H.E.A.T. is right for you, please contact us so we can discuss your fitness needs and help you find the best solution.
How do I actually sign up for the camp I am interested in?
It's very important for us to know those joining our team so please give us a call before signing up online. First-time users will need to create a profile before purchasing camps. Create a H.E.A.T account, then follow the directions to purchase your passes online using your Visa or MasterCard.

What does a typical camp look like?
We design our classes to target specific muscle groups on specific days of the week. This breakdown allows time for rest, recovery and rebuilding of the muscle groups to help you meet your goals faster. The weekly schedule provides specifics on the focus areas.
What does the weekly schedule look like?
Expect something new and challenging every camp. Our weekly schedule looks like this:

How exactly do the boot camp passes work?
Our camps are designed for individuals. Once you have selected your camps, you will be prompted to purchase credits. You have the option to buy 1, 5, 10, 20, 30 or 50 credits. You can only make reservations for as many credits as you choose to purchase. You are allowed to place your reservation for any camp listed on the schedule. On your first day of camp, you will be given a key card that you scan each time you come, and the credits will be deducted from your H.E.A.T. account as you use them. Elite camp requires preapproval.
Once I have my pass, will it ever expire?
Each group of passes has its own expiration period, beginning with 5 to 180 days from the date of purchase. The more passes you buy, the longer it takes to expire. Check out our pricing (Pricing Page) to learn more.

Can I get a refund on my unused passes?
We do not offer refunds on any unused passes or expired passes.
What happens if I need to cancel a camp I signed up for?
Simply log into your profile and select "my schedule". You will be able to cancel your reservation up until an hour before the camp. After which, your account will be deducted a credit.
