Unfortunately, most of the current fitness programs do not offer the proper nutritional guidance necessary to achieve the best results. The HEAT Nutrition Program was designed to bridge the gap between the fitness world and the nutrition world by providing a personalized, comprehensive plan for individuals of all fitness levels to reach the next level in their health and wellness. Details of the program include:
  • Unlimited e-mail and phone consultations – Your own personal Nutrition Coach!
  • Initial Assessment of current dietary intake and nutritional needs (approx. 60 min).
  • Personalized dietary plan to reach whatever goal you desire.
  • Monthly 1-on-1 follow-up to ensure you are on the right track (approx. 15-30 min).
  • Monthly group seminars – Come together as we explore how the body works and dispel some of the common dietary myths!
  • Subscription to monthly HEAT Nutrition e-Newsletter including nutrition-related articles, healthy recipes, and Where to Eat in Austin!
Memberships are on a monthly-basis (2 month minimum). While memberships can be cancelled at any time (after 2 months), we do recommend that participants plan on continuing their membership for at least 4 months to achieve the best results possible.
