How are we different from other fitness camps in Austin?



H.E.A.T. offers boot camp with both indoor and outdoor downtown training facilities.
Never worry about 105-degree Texas summers or bad weather again!
You can start any time! H.E.A.T. lets you purchase flexible passes to attend any camp we offer - from early, mid-day, afternoon and Saturday camps.
We have an extensive array of workout tools for indoor and outdoor use. Our studio has everything: spin bikes, kettle bells, medicine balls, free weights, bands, pull-up bars, free-motion and much more. We've got it all covered!
You'll get incredible value for your money. To make sure you get the one-on-one attention to meet your fitness goals, we currently limit most camps to 16 participants.
You control your fitness schedule. The calendar will show which areas of the body we'll be targeting on any given day, so you know what to expect and can control your workout schedule.
