Hey campers! We've got another Workout Of the Week ready for ya! This one is coming from one of our newest members on the HEAT training team, Kristin DeCesare!

This is a bodyweight workout, so you can do this anywhere!

Beginner:Finish all 3 Rounds 

Intermediate:2 Sets(20/10/5 x 2) 

Advanced:3 Sets (20/10/5 x 3)
