Oh hey HEAT peeps! It's Lil Sarah here, and I'm brining you the HEAT workout of the week! Labor Day Weekend is upon us, and since it's the unofficial end of summer, I'm hoping to get you outside with this workout. (The runs can be done on a treadmill, but that's BORING!)

What you'll need: Somewhere you can run 1 mile, DB (dumbbells), and maybe a mat.

The workout: Take as little rest in between drills as possible. You'll be going back and forth from lower body to upper body, so you won't need as much down time.

1 mile run

50 weighted squats

25 renegade rows (R row+L row+1 push-up = 1 rep)

50 weighted lateral lunges (25 each side)

25 chest press with a crunch

1/2 mile run

50 weighted squats

25 renegade rows (R row+L row+1 push-up = 1 rep)

50 weighted lateral lunges (25 each side)

25 chest press with a crunch

1/2 mile run (For an added challenge, sprint the last 1/4 mile.)
