Hey y'all. I'm Lil Sarah, I love leg day, and I've got your next HEAT WOW here!

This is a lower body workout that you can do easily while on the road, or having to workout from home. We'll start off body weight and then switch over to heavier weights.

What you'll need: Your beautiful legs and some DB.

Warmup: 

3 min jog/run, or stairs

20 lunges
10 inchworm
20 lateral lunges
10 squat jumps

The workout: Knock out as many full sets as you can in 30 min! Feel free to start with medium resistance and work your way to heavier weight as you go.

Weighted walking lunges (4 forward, 4 backward x2)

DB RDL x12

Lateral lunges x7 each leg

DB squats x12
