Workout Of the Week - "Feel the HEAT Challenge!"

What up HEAT family! Coach Danny here with our first Feel the HEAT Challenge! We'll be posting a challenge for you each month, and you'll have from now until the next one to get the workout done, and post your results.

Here's what you need to do to enter:

1) Must be following HEAT Bootcamp on both Facebook and/or Instagram
2) Post a pic of yourself, either before, during, or after your Feel the HEAT Challenge workout. Heck, make a short video of you doing it. Be creative!
3) Tag us (@heatbootcamp) in the comments, as well as use the hashtag #feeltheheat
4) One entry per workout completed and posted

Everyone who participates in this challenge will be entered into a drawing. We'll announce the winner when we post the next challenge. This month's winner will win a FREE personal training session with one of our amazing coaches!!!

The workout: 20 min HEAT Down
5 Thrusters
7 Single Arm Snatches (Per Side) 
10 Box Jumps 

Count how many rounds you did and add it to your post.
