Hey hey HEAT peeps! I'm Lil Sarah, and I've got a one piece of equipment workout for you this week. You'll start out with high reps for the circuit, then every round take the number of reps down by 10. Each round will go by so much faster this way!

You always have the option of adding a challenge by taking the amount of weight you are using up as you progress through the workout, but you don't have to do this, as you will be getting in a lot of reps. 

What you'll need: One weight, you choose what kind...just make it challenging

The warmup: 15, 10, 5 reps of each. Complete 15 of each, then 10, then 5

Jumping jacks
Jump lunges (ea side)
Low plank jacks

The workout: Same structure as the warmup, but the reps are now 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. (These reps are total count, not on each side...You're welcome!)
