So this workout is "Straight Up" because there's nothing froo froo about it, just lifting to get strong, and get a good pump on.
Choose a weight(s) that will, as always, challenge you. Not too light to where you can easily knock out 10 repetitions while having a conversation, but also not too heavy to where you're struggling to get the first few repetitions.
Remember, quality over quantity, and keep your spine neutral (straight) during the bent over rows, squats, and deadlifts.
What you'll need: Just some DB.
10 Reps for 5 Sets
1. Chest press
3. Bent over rows
4. Lunges (per side)
