What up HEAT Fam! Those of you that know me know that I like to keep it simple and sweaty… ; )…sooooo here ya go.
Needs: A dumbbell
15 minutes of Fun. Get in as many rounds as possible, rest as needed.
4 DB Complex per arm (Clean the DB from the floor, press it overhead, then step back into a lunge)
6 Burpees
8 Goblet Jump Squats
10 Curl to Press
12 Weighted Toe Touches
