It’s that time of year again where we pack up our swimsuits and head out town for those tropical getaways. Here’s a bodyweight workout that will get you sweaty no matter where you are!
 
Needs: That Beautiful HEAT body, and a bench or chair.
 
Warm up: Tabata format, so 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 3 minutes on each exercise.
 
Plank Jacks
Squat Jumps
Pushups
 
The Burnout: perform 4 rounds
 
10 frog jump pushups
20 sit ups
30 split squats *15 per leg, done like a lunge but with your rear foot elevated
40 toe touches
50 squats
60 flutter kicks
