What’s up Heat fam!? Coach Seth here with a workout for you this fine week. Here’s the good news, all you need to get a fantastic workout in this week is a jump rope. The bad news...well there isn’t any. So let’s get right to it.
For our warmup we are going to go over some basic movements to get your body warm and prepared for work.
20 Pushup to Pike
(in between every Pushup pull those hips high and stretch for a couple seconds)
3 minutes Runners Stretch (alternate sides during this time)
20 Deep Squats
20 Plank Toe Taps
12-1 (complete 12 reps of everything, then 11, then 10, etc)
Pushup Shoulder Tap
Lying Leg Raise
200 Jump Ropes Between Each Round
