I know everyone is excited to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, so I’m going to keep today quick, to the point, and as intense as my dance sessions during camp are. Also, today’s workout can be done inside or outside!
Equipment: That Beautiful Body
Quick 1 mile run
(choose a comfortable pace)
4 rounds ea. Exercise (30sec work/10sec rest)
Push-up to Pike
Squat to Lunge(1 lunge between each squat)
50 of each as quickly as possible
