Saturday, April 10 Workout -- Med Balls & Core Training

clock April 8, 2010 16:55 by author codybutler

This Saturday, we will be meeting at 10 a.m. at our regular space. I know it's not raining, but I'm slated to host a camp with the famous Monica Brant, and I just couldn't stand the thought of letting another sub come in and train you. It's my turn! :)

I'm very fortunate that Monica asked me to join her elite team this weekend, so I was forced to let you sleep an hour later. Therefore, this weekend we will have camp at 10 at The Annex. If you have any scheduling conflicts, please let me know and I will gladly accommodate you. Get ready for some med ball and core action! Can you say Speedo?!
