Travel Workout 1

On the road and need a little travel workout? This is simple but VERY effective, and you don't need any equipment.

THE INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT:

  • 75 air squats
  • 75 pull-ups
  • 75 knee pushups
  • 75 crunches or sit-ups

       1 round only


THE ADVANCED WORKOUT:

  • 1/2 mile run
  • 100 air squats
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 pushups
  • 100 full sit-ups
  • 1/2 mile run

       1 round only
