INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT:
1/2 mile warm-up run
- 20 box or bench jumps
- 10 thrusters (heavy weight w/ good form) - Vid
- 20 Iron Cross - Vid
- 10 Burpees - Vid
- 20 pushups
Repeat x 3
ADVANCED WORKOUT:
1 mile warm-up run
- 25 box jumps
- 15 thrusters - Vid
- 25 iron cross (8lb-12lb weight) - Vid
- 15 burpees w/ db (5lb-8lb) - Vid
- 25 slap pushups - Vid
- 400 m run
