Are you traveling? Well, if you have access to a few basic weight room toys, here is the perfect kick-your-ass workout to do when you're on the go.

INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT:

1/2 mile warm-up run

  • 20 box or bench jumps
  • 10 thrusters (heavy weight w/ good form) - Vid
  • 20 iron cross - Vid
  • 10 burpees - Vid
  • 20 pushups

      Repeat x 3


ADVANCED WORKOUT:

1 mile warm-up run

  • 25 box jumps
  • 15 thrusters - Vid
  • 25 iron cross (8lb-12lb weight) - Vid
  • 15 burpees w/ db (5lb-8lb) - Vid
  • 25 slap pushups - Vid
  • 400 m run
      Repeat x 4
