Many of you have been asking about quick meals that can be stored and reheated, or simply take just a few minutes to make at the end of your long day. This dish -- which we have named "Mush" -- is the perfect blend of a protien/carbs/fat and takes only moments to prepare.
- 1 lb of ground lean turkey (brown the meat)
- 1 can of black beans (drain the juice)
- 1-2 cups of salsa (you decide your flavor)
- 1/2 of a bell pepper
- pinch of pepper
Mix it all up and BAMMM! You have din-din, ready to go. Enjoy!
