As a yoga teacher, Pilates mat instructor, and Thai yoga bodyworker, I love helping others find their right mind-body balance. Practicing yoga has personally offered me a sense of strength, discipline, and clarity both on and off the mat. Breathing well is the key to any practice, and by doing so, everything else falls into place. I totally dig the simplicity of this notion and how it means anyone can benefit from yoga.

I love how Pilates mat is a particularly effective way in using the leverage of one’s own body to achieve fab abs—no machines, weights, or props are really necessary!
