I am a New Yorker who recently moved to Austin. I've used my creative strengths to design new challenges and events for clients to participate in, to take fitness and fun to new levels. I LOVE Obstacle Course Racing. Spartan Races, Tough Mudders, Warrior Dash, Battlefrog, etc. and compete mostly in Spartan Races all over the country.
My annual Movember Campaign that culminates in an hour long session of non-stop burpees to raise money is always a big hit. Whether I'm in the gym or not, I understand how important and satisfying it is to have groups of people join together in play and sweat. It brings out the best in everyone and is a powerful force for positive change.
I am a Certified Group Fitness Instruction with a degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Queens College, along with other professional certifications in CrossFit and Spartan SGX. Currently, I am in the process of receiving my CSCS certification as well. When I'm not teaching group classes, I train clients one- on-one and in small groups where I design goal-focused programs and confidence building techniques so clients can meet physical and mental goals. Combining my nutrition degree with personal training for an unbeatable combo, my certifications are nothing compared to my unique and ever-changing workout strategies that lead to permanent changes!
