With Cody's boot camps you will never get bored or stuck in a rut. He has the most innovative ways to get your body in calorie burning mode. Where he comes up with some of the workouts...I'm not sure, but he definitely knows how to keep things interesting. The great thing about H.E.A.T Boot camp is it challenges you both mentally and physically. Every workout is different so you don't get bored doing the same routine, like when you go to the gym. Working in the music industry makes me appreciate the atmosphere because his fitness studio is more like a night club with a great vibe.

H.E.A.T. boot camp changed my life. Since starting, I have made a complete lifestyle change and lost over 50 pounds. After being in camp over a year, I am still challenged every week and love seeing new results. I've belonged to many clubs in Austin and had personal trainers, but never have I been pushed to achieve more than at H.E.A.T. boot camp. Cody and his team are consummate professionals who are clearly passionate about elevating fitness levels for everyone. My husband and daughter (who are both athletes) attend Saturday camps with me, and we each leave knowing we worked harder than we ever thought we could. Cody and his team keep you moving, keep you focused, and make it impossible to not get a great workout. They are always changing the work out up in order to raise the bar for each individual. I started going to H.E.A.T. boot camp when I became really bored with running at the lake and needed something more to motivate me. It was a great decision and now I'm hooked! I started doing H.E.A.T. Boot camp in 2007 to get in better shape and drop a few pounds. Since I am diabetic, I had my fears of how I would manage my blood sugar levels and the workouts at the same time. Almost three years later, I have to say that I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost almost 30 pounds since I started, and have managed to burn fat and build muscle. I am also keeping the weight off. My fears were just that - fears. I did fine in the bootcamps and have not had problems managing my blood sugar levels. In fact they have improved. Why do I keep doing it? I have a blast working out with the group in such an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Also, I do not have to think about my workouts, getting into ruts, or getting bored with doing the routine. With HEAT bootcamp - I get a variety of exercises working all the muscle groups that I usually neglect if left to my own devices.
