-Barbell squats: 3 sets, 8 reps

-Dumbbell lunges: 3 sets, 8 reps each leg

-RDL's: 3 sets, 8 reps

-Knee extensions: 3 sets, 12-15 reps

-Knee curls: 3 sets, 12-15 reps
