What to Expect during Your First camp

Prior To Class:

Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can sign the waiver, show you around, and introduce you to your coach. We have parking on site, however in case the lot is full, please park on Live Oak St. (across the food truck park), or on 2nd St (down the alleyway).

During Class:

Your coach will guide you through a 45 or 60-minute camp that focuses on either upper, lower, or total body. Classes begin by improving mobility and progress to focus on increasing strength and building endurance in an environment that is scalable for all fitness levels. So no matter if you’re a conditioned athlete or learning about fitness for the first time, HEAT is ready to help you progress to a better version of you.

Post Class:

Meet your fellow campers and learn that HEAT is a community-first fitness studio. While you reflect on the incredible workout you just accomplished, you’ll also see that HEAT is a place where amazing people like you join together to do amazing things. As a community we sweat together, host community socials together, and use our force for good together. Collectively we have raised funds and volunteered time for countless organizations near and dear to our member's hearts. We use our platform to uplift those around us, and support each other by any means necessary.
