Haider Laghari

HEAT Co-Owner

My journey to becoming the Co-Owner of HEAT Bootcamp is as unique as my upbringing. I was born in England to Pakistani parents before immigrating to the United States where I was raised in a rural Louisiana town of 5,000. Although being a British-Pakistani Redneck (ha) was immensely confusing as a child, it has provided me an incredible lens in which to view the world.

I was taught from a young age in that rural Louisiana town that the key to life is a smile and a good attitude. Bringing those two things to every situation will get you 80% of the way, with hard work and luck carrying you for that last 20. That’s the mindset I’ve carried with me throughout my life — and the same mindset I saw in the trainers and clients at HEAT that convinced me to become a part of what had already been built here.

My background and career is more rooted in strategy and operations, not health and fitness. Therefore my #1 goal as a Co-Owner of this business is to take care of those two things in such a way that it allows all the incredible coaches & trainers to do exactly what they do best — what HEAT has promised you from the start — and that’s giving you more than just a workout.

In the studio you can find me doing my two favorite things - saying hello as you enter the lobby, or taking class and getting a great workout in alongside you.
