Personal Trainer

After working in the gym management business for over eight years, I have not only gained invaluable experience in the fitness industry but have also acquired a profound appreciation for it. With our society’s often hectic, fast-paced lifestyles, I realize the importance of physical wellness and how routine exercise can dramatically impact one’s well-being in a positive and healthy manner. For this reason, I was inspired to become a personal trainer.

Raised and educated in Austin, my knowledge and understanding of our beautiful city helps people from all walks of life enjoy the healthy benefits of living here. Throughout my life, I’ve had a passion for sports, competing in select soccer, state ranked jr. tennis tournaments, and high school basketball and baseball. I still enjoy competing in city league baseball, basketball and flag football. The foundation of my training regimen consists of functional and core based strength training, speed and agility work, and increasing lean muscle mass while decreasing body fat.

I believe that physical fitness is imperative in living a healthy and well-rounded life. I have personal experience in competing in and training clients for marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and adventure races. I welcome anyone who is willing to push themself and have fun while doing it...so come and train with me!!
