HEAT Coach | Personal Trainer

During my competitive cross country days, my favorite workout was hills. Something about seeing a huge hill and knowing I was about to stride to the top was energizing and how invincible I felt after conquering all 10 of them. It’s the same feeling I got the first time I ran a mile, the first time I finished a marathon, the first time I did a handstand, or the first time I picked up some heavy weights. It’s a feeling so invigorating that it’s unforgettable. Soon you’ll find yourself seeking out hard things to do because you know what it’ll feel like when it’s done. You know it’ll always get done because it always has.

I’ve been a distance athlete since 2015. I ran cross country in high school and college at St. Edward’s University. After I finished my running career, I started strength training. The variety was incredibly refreshing after competing in a sport for so long. Seeing how my body evolved and improved from new training styles was incredible.

It’s clear to me that fitness is where all my favorite things about myself were built. The reason I coach is that I want to help others build and strengthen qualities within themselves that they can be proud of and fall in love with, too. Challenging yourself with difficult things and seeing yourself come out on the other side produces a kind of self-confidence that can’t be replicated. You’ll leave class physically and mentally stronger every single time, without fail.

There are hills to be conquered and I’m pumped to get to coach you up and over them — LET’S GO!
