This week’s WOW is a full body burn, meant to be done with minimal rest! Go from one move directly to the next to keep your heart rate pumping! Rest for 2 mins in between each round. Repeat 3 times

3- Pull ups

6-KB swings

9-push ups

12-KB sumo squat

15- Sit-ups

x3 rounds
