Workout Of the Week - "Spring 50's"

What’s up Heat fam!? Coach Seth here to bring that fire Workout Of the Week to you. Spring is officially here! I know everyone is excited to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather, so I’m going to keep today quick, to the point, and as intense as my dance sessions during camp are. Also, today’s workout can be done inside or outside!

Equipment: That Beautiful Body

The warmup:

Quick 1 mile run

(choose a comfortable pace)

4 rounds ea. Exercise (30sec work/10sec rest)

Kick Through

Push-up to Pike

Squat to Lunge(1 lunge between each squat)

Russian Twist

The Workout:

50 of each as quickly as possible

Squat Jumps

Plyo Lunge

Frog Jumps

Diamond Pushups

Sit-ups

Burpees

Jumping Jacks
