Workout Of the Week - "High Intensity Pyramid"

Hey there HEAT fit fam! Lil Sarah here, bringing you another high intensity workout that's easy to do anywhere.

It's very simple. Three movements and a pyramid with the reps.

What you'll need: KB, or single DB

The workout: Your circuit consists of 3 movements. Complete the circuit with the amount of reps specified.

20-18-16-14-12-10-12-14-16-18-20 (This is 11 rounds of the 3 drill circuit.)

KB swings

KB thruster

Uneven pushups (The number of reps is total. Keep one hand on the KB during the pushups.)
