Workout Of the Week - "Pump Up the Jam!"

Oh hey HEAT familia! Lil Sarah here with an upper body pump session for you. It's quick, it's basic, and you can feel great going sleeveless after.

Like the lower body workout I last did, you just need to get in as many rounds as you can in 30 min. Boom! Then you're done.

What you'll need: DB and/or barbell

10 tricep pushups
10 lateral raises
12 bench press
12 wide bent over rows
1 set of bicep curl 21’s
