Workout Of the Week - "Falling Into November"

Oh hey there everyone!!! Its your girl Jenn. I know it has been quite some time since I’ve created a workout for y’all. I missed you guys!!! So i decided to drop in with a killer full body workout. 

This workout will consist of a quick 6 minute warm up, followed by 2 hybrid workouts.Totaling a workout under 45 minutes!!!
Hybrid training means a combination of both strength and endurance. Let me know what you guys think of it. 

Let's begin…

How Long: 45 Minutes 

What You'll Need: Dynomax/Wall Ball, moderate to heavy set of DB’s, moderate KB, interval timer, mat. 

The warm up:
20/20/20/20
20 seconds into 20 seconds into 20 seconds into 20 seconds. 
Do all 4 exercises back to back for 20 seconds a piece. After one set is complete, rest for 30 seconds and then repeat. Do this 4 times through.

Squats
1/2 Burpees
Jump Lunges
Burpees 


The Workout:
15 Min As Many Rounds As You Can 

6 x Front Loaded Walking Lunges (Per Leg)
20 x KB Swings
10 x Wall Balls 

10 Min HEAT Down
Perform these 3 exercises as fast as possible before the minute is up. The remainder of your minute is your rest. 
Start back up at the top of the next minute for 10 rounds!

2 BW Get Ups
4 Burpees
6 Slams
