Workout Of the Week - "The Kettlebell"

Hey hey HEAT fam, it’s coach Seth back with a WOW for you. This week we are busting out that kettlebell so I can show you how much you can hate a hunk of metal. 😈


1 Big Ass Kettlebell

2 rounds
25 Squats
25 Pushups
25 Walking Lunges
25 Sit-ups


Alright. Now we are nice and warm. Here’s how this workout is going to work. You will do 3 reps of everything the first round, 6 reps the second, 9 the third, 12 the fourth, and 15 the fifth and final round.

KB Clean(each side)
Full Swing
KB Thruster
Low Swing
Row + High Pull
